Upcoming Group Events
If I have any upcoming events, they will be below.
Unless otherwise advertised, my events will be at the CYC (Community Yoga Center) in Maryville, TN. Please register at cycenter.org or on the CYC App. All events are donation-based ($10 suggested); however, we don't want money to prevent anyone from coming. Come as you are!

Next Yin + Sound is Sunday, July 26 from 5:00-6:15 with theme of Expanding the Heart.
Next Sound Bath is Friday, August 21 from 5:30-7:00 pm
